Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD)

I completed an MSOD degree at Pepperdine University in California in 2014.

The program was run out of The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management

Pepperdine's Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program has earned an international reputation as the premier graduate program in the field and as an innovator of experiential learning. The MSOD program is expanding my capabilities in the art and science of managing strategic change. I have radically deepened my own self-awareness as a means to affect positive and meaningful change in organizations. I have also experienced extensive experiential learning in group dynamics, expanded my CQ (Cultural Intelligence) through many international assignments as part of the practicums in the USA, France, Costa Rica and China and developed practical skills in organization development. We went beyond simulations or simple company visits; we consulted directly with local managers in real settings on real issues. My personal growth has been exponential on this incredible journey. I enjoyed the academic rigor of the program, applying the learning to my consulting and personal life, and building life long relationships with my cohort.
